100% money-back guarantee
I am confident you will be satisfied with VMPT, but if you are not, you are covered.
If you do not achieve your pain relief goals when you are discharged from VMPT, email brian.westlake@virtualmechanicalpt.com or call or text (585) 209-5300 to receive a 100% refund of the cost of your VMPT visits.
I do not want the concern of paying for something without getting the results to get in the way of your pain relief.

A gift after your first visit
When you complete your first visit with VMPT, an Original McKenzie Lumbar Support Roll is purchased for you and mailed to you, to help you hold the posture that protects your progress between visits.
The money questions
What you will and will not be charged for
Do you bill insurance?
No. Visits are self-pay through the Sesame Care platform at a flat $100. That means no referral, no prior authorization and no surprise bill weeks later. Physical therapy is an eligible expense under most HSA and FSA plans, so you can likely pay with that card. Confirm with your plan before booking.
Why is a VMPT visit more than an average PT copay?
Because you need far fewer of them. A conventional course runs 12 to 36 visits; a VMPT course runs 3 to 5. The number that matters is the total: $300 to $500 against $600 to $1,800.
What if I need more than five visits?
Most people do not. If your case needs another visit or two, you book it at the same $100. There is no package to buy into. And if the mechanical approach turns out not to be right for you, that is usually clear early, and you will be pointed toward appropriate care rather than kept on the schedule.
How do I actually pay?
Through Sesame Care when you book. Choose Online physical therapy session (new patient) for your first visit and (existing patient) for follow-ups.
How do I claim the guarantee?
Email or call after you are discharged and say your pain relief goals were not met. You will be refunded the full cost of your VMPT visits. No form to fill in, no conditions to argue about.
